When I first began planning this journal, it was 1991 and George Herbert Walker Bush was President. Now, a generation later, the launch is finally here. Normally, I am slow in getting things done, but this lag seems a bit excessive, even for me, so I’d like to try to explain myself, and in so doing, to explain the rationale for this new journal....
