Excellent article, Warren (as usual). I like that you acknowledged all of the perspectives including the facility owner, applicator, manufacturer and the third party. We all see these issues from a different viewpoint and bring into it our motives, bias, emotions, etc. The human factors are sometimes underestimated in light of the complicated technical problem at hand. I continue to embrace the key learning that facility owners cannot rely solely on a manufacturer, supplier, or applicator.
