Nice Ken! But question for you, and SSPC??. SSPC-PA 18 is actually Specification for Application of Thermal Spray Coating Systems to Steel Bridges. Maybe a typo here??

In response to your question, SSPC has informed us that the standard for evaluation of pinholes has been delayed and the reference number has indeed since been assigned to the thermal spray document. The article has been updated to remove the reference number.
