Say Brian, Grest article but you opened questions. Can you list the seven (7) changes that have been made and adopted by the consensus process in the ASTM Committee? The ASTM F-1869 started in 1998 with some serious questions and in 2002 the ACCA issued a rejection of the entire supposed test. How about you and i get together to straighten out this "moisture" determination solved with more quantum physics truth than consensus opinion?
