You mention that two-component resin-based moisture-mitigation coatings have proven to be most effective and reliable, yet they are typically more expensive and time-consuming to install than other mitigation systems, such as penetrating surface treatments, sheet membranes or integral concrete admixtures. What are the advantages/disadvantages of always using a vapor reduction admixture like "Barrier One"?
