Assuming that the costs for upkeep of the polished concrete floor and other flooring materials appropriate for the space intended use; the fact that other materials were omitted (not needing to be shipped in and installed) certainly save some in material costs...if comparing all of the costs associated with, say epoxy or tile, projected maintenance, labor and life cycle considerations, etc... what were the final installed cost/sf. It just seem like a very high labor cost finish and, if/when damaged, would be extremely difficult to repair and blend to match.
