Thanks Joe, always nice to see our name, story and pictures in print. Just an update we will be starting our BIG Military Mural very soon. It will depict San Angelo's 135 yrs of military presence in the city starting with our historic Fort Concho built in the mid 1880's then the San Angelo Air Base during WWII followed by the story of Goodfellow Air Base which serves for all four branches of the military and will graphically show it's history from the beginning to the present. Will be spectacular and we will keep you up to speed on this project. Right now I can tell you the wall is 90'wide and 18' high, the mural will be painted with our potassium silicate mineral paint like we have been doing for ten years now in March when we will celebrate our tenth anniversary.

I too would like to thank you, Joe for posting this wonderful article. I am on the board of Historic Murals of San Angelo. I have been so impressed with the quality of paint, the quality of the work, and the value it brings to not only the downtown area of San Angelo but to all of San Angelo. Each painting is has been carefully researched and is historically accurate. We have put lights on two of them and the goal is to have all of them lighted. We are extremely excited about this Military Mural and look forward to its completion.
