They make it the landmark at the center of their plans. This article describes the repair and recoating of a 500,000 gallon, six-column, elevated water tower, designed with a custom paint scheme to recreate the appearance of an “old steel tank,” amid multiple communication antennas, a very tight site and a narrow window of opportunity.
