Cost: FREE
Industrial painting projects are regulated by OSHA, in the vast majority of cases, under 29 CFR 1926 or the OSHA Construction Industry Standards. Although OSHA has not yet issued a construction industry confined space standard, confined space entry on construction projects is regulated by OSHA under other construction industry standards. This webinar will provide an overview of other OSHA construction standards such as respiratory protection that impose confined space entry requirements. We will also discuss how industrial painting projects, under some circumstances, may be regulated by OSHA under 29 CFR 1910 or the General Industry Standards.
