What is the difference between the Finishing Contractors Association (FCA) and the Painting & Decorating Contractors Association (PDCA)?

The FCA deals with only wallcoverings as finishes, while PDCA deals with both painting and decorating, including wallcovering.
The PDCA is regional, while FCA is national.
FCA members are all union contractors, while PDCA members are not required to be union contractors.
Decorative painting is the focus of PDCA, while FCA deals with all manner of painting.
