The average American, including elected officials do not realize the emense assist the Keystone pipeliine will provide for the environment. You see, every single oil tank car is committed to some company hauling new drilled oil. Yes, every single railroad tank car is under contract!!! Call your local rail line and see if you can get inline for a tank car from Chicago to Houston? Now what about the re-claimed motor oil that is collected. That oil from around the country must be transported to a refining operation (Texas) and how does it get that transportation? Well if you're in that business you hire over-the-road tank trucks and pay a premium against the rail tank cars. Re-claimed motor oil from Los Angeles would be in great economic shape if there were railroad tank cars available going to Houston on the regular rail routes. Now back to the Keystone pipeline and who is AGAINST it??? Several of the funding negative sponsors (millions) are owners of railroad tank cars. Get the picture???

This whole thing is keyed to payback to political donors, no matter who they are. I also believe democratic candidates are going to pay a price for it in the elections, no matter who they are.
