Even if you already comply or are exempt it is still going to affect you by forcing you to buy certain coverage and with the tremendous upcoming cost increases for every policy. No one is unaffected!

I couldn't believe it. It's already lowered the cost and increased the coverage for millions of Californians. Is $250- $290 a month prohibitive?

If it has lowered the cost in California then it is the only state of fifty that has not seen significant cost increases, with far more to come. Millions for $290 a month? Is that some programs available only to illegals perhaps? Too bad no one outside CA can get prices like that.
