Graco is and would continue to be a good company to work for. I work for this group of companies and they have been good to us during this interim period. Looking at it from a competition standpoint, it's better choices for end user customers and may be better in the long run for employees to keep jobs. The thing is now, who is going to buy and own us down the road?

Anti-monopoly is good but if Binks can't find a 'good' buyer and goes out of business anyway then a monopoly will still be effect and more jobs will be lost unnecessarily. I'm hoping the FTC can take most of this into account. (?)
