I answered company colleagues and supervisors because even if you go to specification documents, you may still want to consult your colleagues and advise your supervisor of the crisis that you are face with. If the problem is resolved great, but if not and you never informed your supervisor then you have another crisis on your hands.

I see your point..maybe senario should have started with...your the supervisor on a project and you have just been confronted with....

I would have double checked first to make sure that our enviornmentals and blasting were what they should be. Then I would check that paint batch number with other spreads of the same number to see if there was a problem there as well. Last is to call the paint company tech.
