I feel that worker non-compliance can not happen if the employer is emphatic about compliance of the safety issues. It is the employer indifference that induces the superviser to think that if he overlook the unsafe attitude of the worker and concentrate more on the completion of work, he will be rewarded. This furhter result of worker concentrating more on work completion and on his un-safe attititude resulting the non-complianace. As other wise even if he complains about the unsafe conditions in his work area he is shown indifference by his suerviser due to his employer indifference and the train effect travels from employer to employee and vice versa. In light of above conditions it is the Employer indifference to the safety issues that leads one thing to another resulting in the unsafe sorrounding resulting in injury to workers, as he will be the one to suffer in the end.
