Jetstream of Houston LLP has launched a new hydrostatic test unit for pipeline and wellhead testing in the oil and gas market.
The company, a manufacturer of industrial high-pressure waterblasting equipment, parts and accessories, introduced the 3000HT hydrostatic test unit for BOP pipeline and wellhead testing.
The 3000HT is mounted on a heavy-duty, galvanized skid with integrated fluid containment, the company said.
Jetstream's 3000HT hydrostatic test unit features the company's UNx system, a high-capacity water tank, and a choice of two engines.
Features and Options
The unit features a choice of a 125 hp John Deere Tier 3 or Tier 4i diesel engine, high-capacity water tank, Jetstream HTV test valve, and the Jetstream UNx system.
The UNx pumps allow maintenance to be performed in the field, and additional fluids can be installed without special tools.
"The 3000HT is engineered for accurate hydrostatic testing in challenging conditions," said Richard Scruggs, product manager at Jetstream.
"As the demand for oil and gas continues to increase, our customers in the oil and gas market will continue to require reliable, high-performance equipment that is backed by strong parts and service support," Scruggs said.
According to the company, the 3000HT offers "greater ease of operation and maintenance."
