New for 2013, CDCLarue has introduced another series of industrial dust vacuums for fine powders or continuous duty use.

The 3000 series industrial-strength HEPA Rated H-13 vacuum is designed for applications that need large amounts of CFM and lift, the company says.

CFM and Lift

The 3000 series dust vacuums are portable, continuous duty vacuums that can generate up to 600 CFM with 110 inches of lift. CDCLarue touts this as an "industry first," saying that conventional vacuums with high amounts of CFM rarely have enough lift.

The new 3000 series of industrial vacuums offers high amounts of CFM and lift, which the company calls an "industry first."

According to CDCLarue, the vacuums can be used for fine non-combustible powders or as a dedicated, continuous duty dust collector for manufacturing machinery or surface preparation equipment up to 60 inches in diameter.

Weighing less than 400 pounds, the 3000 series vacuums can be moved easily and will fit through any standard 32-inch doorway or onto any standard freight elevator, the company says.

Patented Bagging System

The 3000 series vacuums are powered by single-phase, 220-volt power and come standard with patented Pulse-Bac Technology, Cyclonic Debris Management system, a Tank Capacity Sensor, and patented twist on/off HEPA filters.

A patented bagging system allows for continuous duty operation, the company reports. The design allows users to fill the bag, remove and replace it without shutting off the vacuum and stopping production.

The Tank Capactiy Sensor (TCS) warns the user when the collection tank is full and needs to be emptied. Once full, a flashing LED and audible alarm beging to warn the user. If the tank is not emptied in a timely manner, the vacuum will shut off, the company says.

Located in Tulsa, OK, CDCLarue Industries Inc. manufactures industrial grade vacuums and dust collection equipment.
