SAN ANTONIO—Advanced coating technology to protect the world's infrastructure, ships and military assets will dominate a full slate of technical sessions, panel discussions, awards and presentations beginning today at  SSPC 2013.

Thousands of participants and scores of exhibitors will join the Society for Protective Coatings' annual conference and show, featuring GreenCoat, for four days of training, education and networking in San Antonio, TX.

The show opens Monday (Jan. 14) with SSPC's Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon, featuring the annual Structure Awards and JPCL awards for outstanding technical articles.

At the Expo, which begins Tuesday (Jan. 15), exhibitors from A (Abrasives Inc.) to Z (Zebron) will represent suppliers of coatings; surface preparation, access, safety and application equipment; EHS services and products and equipment; and more.

Technology Publishing, publisher of JPCL, PaintSquare News and Durability + Design, will exhibit at Booth 437. Paint BidTracker, a Technology Publishing service devoted to contract opportunities for the coatings industry, will mark its 10th anniversary at the show.
