Nu Flow Expands, Renames Product Lines

Nu Flow Technologies, a global provider of pipe lining technologies, has introduced two new products for inversion and main line pipe rehabilitation.

The company is also reconfiguring and renaming its epoxy lining and structural lining products.

New Products

The new pipe lining products are Nu Tube and Nu Main.

Nu Tube is Nu Flow’s inversion system. Nu Flow will offer calibration tube and inversion felt of all sizes, thicknesses and elasticity.

Nu Flow’s products include epoxy coatings for potable water lines and structural liners for drain lines.

Nu Main will be a Pull-in-Place, steam cure system for 6-inch to 12-inch diameter main. The portable system comes with cure stations, winch and steamer; full technical support; and training.

“Our product portfolio gives us the ability to rehabilitate any pipe, anywhere,” said Nu Flow CEO Cameron Manners. “Nu Main and Nu Tube are a result of our growth in the inside infrastructure market.”

New Names

Introduction of the new products follows Nu Flow’s decision to change its epoxy lining and structural lining products, to better align with the company’s strategic growth plan.

Nu Flow says the new names “better reflect the company’s position as the industry leader for small-diameter pipe system rehabilitation.”

These are the changes.

• Nu Flow’s structural lining technology becomes Nu Drain, with three products: Nu Flex, Nu Flow and Nu Tube (Inversion).

• Nu Patch will be Nu Flow’s spot repair system.

• Nu Main will be a mainline lining system.

• Nu Seal will be a connection lining system, with two products: Nu Wye and Nu Tee.

• Nu Flow’s patented epoxy lining system will now be Nu Pipe.

“The product’s approvals, testings and certifications will remain the same,” said Manners. “However, the change will better reflect our growth of product offerings and strong business model.”

Nu Flow bills itself as the only small-diameter pipe lining company to manufacture all of its own epoxies, lining materials and certain specialty installation equipment.

The company was established in 1998 as a manufacturer and installer of trenchless drain and sewer lining solutions. Today, Nu Flow Technologies manufactures, installs and distributes green re-pipe alternatives and no-dig solutions, including epoxy coatings for potable water lines and structural liners for drain lines.
