Honeywell Safety Products has launched Uvex Bayonet safety eyewear, designed to combine “high-performance protection with comfortable, sport-inspired styling,” the company says.

The eyewear provides substantial coverage with unobstructed vision and 99.9 percent protection from ultraviolet light, according to Honeywell.
Features and Design
Bayonet meets ANSI-Z87.1-2010 and is certified to the requirements of the CSA Z94.3 standards for impact protection.
The eyewear is available with either Supra-Dura or Uvextreme AF lens anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings for longer service life. Seven tints are available, to meet nearly any lighting application.
Weighing less than one ounce, the style’s soft temple inserts cushion the delicate areas above and behind the ears. Other comfort features include a soft, flexible nosepiece and a Floating Lens design that allows the browbar to flex for an accurate fit.
Honeywell says the styling and comfort encourage worker acceptance and all-day wear.
Honeywell Safety Products is a global manufacturer of personal protective equipment (PPE). Uvex is the world’s top-selling protective eyewear brand.
