JPCL: The Journal of Protective Coatings & Linings has launched a new, free eBook series with Ultra-High-Pressure Waterjetting.
The 45-page eBook, available as a free download, includes nine articles previously published by JPCL, the “Voice of SSPC” and the leading source of information for the protective and marine coatings industry.

The articles cover all aspects of waterjetting for surface preparation of steel and concrete.
Topics include achieving productivity, safety, maintenance of equipment and hoses, performance of coatings over waterjetted surfaces, quality of water needed, effect of waterjetting on the moisture levels of concrete substrates, and visual standards to assess cleanliness. There is even a seminal article by Dr. Lydia Frenzel, a leading waterjetting authority, on how waterjet cleaning affects the surface of a steel substrate.
JPCL Series
The waterjetting eBook is just the first in a free new series to be published by JPCL. Each advertising-free book will contain expert-written articles on a single topic. The entire series will be downloadable from www.paintsquare.com.
Single-book topics will include aspects of surface preparation, coating inspection, technology and standards, environmental control, new technology coatings, and a collection of award-winning articles in a special “Best of JPCL” volume.
