Protective coating specialists experienced in the wind, rail, oil and gas and marine markets are being sought for a position as a coating advisor.

NACE (Level I/II) or SSPC certification is strongly desired; at least three years of protective coatings application and QA experience is required, as is demonstrated experience in project management, scheduling and client interaction.

The position involves advising customers on the proper use and application of coating systems. You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with paint/coating specifications, best practices and procedures;

• Recommending corrective and preventive actions in a timely manner;

• Monitoring assigned projects, controls, reports and inventory; and

• Conducting frequent coating condition surveys

Travel will be required more than 75 percent of the year.
