UV III Systems Inc., maker of UV-curable coatings and equipment, has introduced Floorcure, an industrial-strength UV floor coatings curing system for multiple applications.
Depending on the coating used, Floorcure dries coatings at 20-30 fpm with a 15- to 22-inch cure path.

The customizable system can be used as a hand-held unit or is available with an easily assembled cart. The unit has a forced-air cooling system, one-button operation, and a variable cure path to suit any coating on the market, the manufacturer says.
Warranty, Maintenance
The system carries a five-year warranty, can be carried by one person, fits in a vehicle trunk, and requires minimal maintenance, with replacement bulbs easily installed in a few minutes, according to the manufacturer.
UV III says Floorcure is currently used by several flooring contractors in the U.S. and Canada.
