New diagnostic software, expanded inspection services and greater inventory are among the changes FS Solutions envisions as the Federal Signal Corp. subsidiary embarks on a new business expansion strategy.
Federal Signal Corp.’s portfolio includes Guzzler industrial vacuums, Jetstream waterblasters, and Vactor sewer cleaners and vacuum excavators.
The subsidiary operates seven FS Solution Centers nationwide, which offer rentals, parts, training and repair services for industrial contractors.
FS Solutions’ new business strategy includes an expansion of FS Solution centers, inventory and service offerings in North America, as well as a new tagline: “Be Unstoppable.”
“Over the next year, we will expand our FS Solutions locations and service offerings in key areas throughout North America,” said Tony Fuller, director of industrial sales. “We have the right market growth, organization and people to successfully carry out our new brand strategy and meet the expectations of tomorrow’s customers.”
The company recently relocated its Houston location to larger quarters in nearby La Porte, TX, and opened its seventh center in Lexington, SC.
Expanded service offerings will include chassis diagnostic software at the centers in Leeds, AL, and La Porte, and U.S. Department of Transportation 407/412 inspection services for cargo tank equipped vehicles in Long Beach, CA; Leeds and La Porte.
“Ensuring that our customers’ vehicles comply with U.S. DOT 407/412 cargo tank regulations helps them reduce downtime and minimize the potential for costly fines,” said Fuller.
