Crawford Laboratories Inc. has expanded its line of Florock industrial flooring products with the introduction of Floropoxy ESD, designed to offer solvent-restricted facilities a high-performance electrostatic dissipative (ESD) coating option.
A 100% solids, solvent-free formulation, Floropoxy ESD is designed to provide the hardness and chemical resistance of a highly cross-linked polymer coating as well as consistent static dissipation throughout the floor in accordance with ESD Association Guidelines, the manufacturer reports.
The light-reflective, glossy, medium-gray concrete coating can help lower electric costs and brighten work areas, according to the manufacturer. The ESD properties are an integral part of the paint; no special waxes are needed to maintain them.
