NLB Corp.’s 605 Series of water jet pump units now features ultra-high pressure and high horsepower in a rugged unit that can be converted to a variety of operating pressures, the manufacturer says.
NLB has expanded the range of its 605 Series to include eight operating pressures from 4,000 psi to 40,000 psi (275 bar to 2,800 bar), with engines of up to 600 hp (447 kW).
Diesel and electric models are available, with flows as low as 20 gpm (83 lpm).
Quick-Change Design
The units can be converted from one pressure to another in about 20 minutes, according to the manufacturer.
Designed for contractors, the series’ quick-change, in-line fluid end design has fewer parts for increased operating efficiency and simpler maintenance, NLB says. The units are built around a slow-running, stainless-steel triplex plunger pump, to minimize wear and maintenance.
NLB Corp., based in Wixom, MI, is a global provider of high-pressure and ultra-high pressure water jet systems and accessories for contractor and industrial uses, including pipe and tube cleaning, surface preparation, product removal, tank and tube bundle cleaning, pavement stripe removal, runway rubber removal, concrete hydrodemolition, and concrete and pipe cutting.
