ICO Grout CR

International Coatings has introduced a pourable epoxy grout designed for major repair of eroded bases in industrial applications.

ICO Grout CR was designed for use as a chemical-resistant base for pumps, tanks, machinery and column supports in chemical plants, pulp & paper mills, mining operations and other highly corrosive areas.

Features and Applications

ICO Grout CR is a 100% solids, pourable epoxy grout that can be applied in a single step in any thickness without shrinking or cracking, the manufacturer says. ICO Grout CR is designed to be flexible, to withstand vibration, thermal shock and impact without cracking.

International Coatings says the product is highly chemical resistant and provides long-term resistance to 98% sulfuric and other highly concentrated inorganic acids as well as caustics, oils, fuels, some solvents and other harsh reagents.

ICO Grout CR is fast curing and suitable for repairing eroded bases without having to remove the equipment and pour a whole new base, saving time and money, the manufacturer says.

International Coatings, based in Franklin Park, IL, supplies protective wall and floor coatings for industrial and commercial applications.
