A new Florida company has launched Contracts App, touted as the first Smartphone application that allows businesses to create, sign and email completed legal contracts from their phone.
The company, called Re-Evolve LLC, says the product brings “on-the-fly contract creation to the iPhone.” The application includes 10 standard contracts and a fingertip signature function.
The app has a simple, intuitive interface, the company says. Users can sync finished contracts with a secure web server so that contracts are not lost, the manufacturer says. Contracts can also be emailed by entering an address and touching Send.
“This is just the beginning of what we plan on doing with Contracts App," said Willie Morris, the company’s co-founder. “We have an iPad application in development, and we plan on rolling out a web service with a lot more added functionality in the near future.”
The service is available for download at www.contractsapp.com or iTunes Store for a one-time fee of $4.99.
