SSPC: The Society for Protective Coatings is seeking nominations for its 5th Annual Structure Awards, which recognize excellence in protective and marine coatings projects.
Contractors, designers, end users and manufacturers are invited to submit entries for bridges, tanks, concrete structures, industrial or commercial facilities. Except for the longevity award, work on the structures must have been completed between July 1, 2009, and June 30, 2010.
The awards will be handed out Jan. 31 at the Structure Awards Luncheon at SSPC’s 2011 GreenCOAT Conference, in Las Vegas. The winning structures will also be featured later in a photo essay in JPCL: Journal of Protective Coatings and Linings.

Conference Update
Registration for the SSPC / GreenCOAT conference, SSPC’s first post-PACE solo conference, is now underway. The conference will be held Jan. 31-Feb. 3 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. For more information, visit www.sspc.org.
