Rhino Linings Corp. has introduced a line of self-contained mobile trailers that offer contractors a fully equipped, turnkey mobile coating and/or foam application unit.
Rhino Rigs come complete with proportioning equipment, heated hose, generator, air compressor and capacity for drum sets of Rhino material, says the San Diego-based company, a global provider of protective polyurethane, polyurea, polyaspartic and epoxy coatings.
Rhino Rigs are available in six job-site ready sizes: 12 foot (7000 GVWR), 16 foot (7000 & 10,000 GVWR), 20 foot (10,000 & 14,000 GVWR) and 28 foot (14,000 GVWR). A range of options allows the owner to custom design any trailer to meet his or her business and budget needs.
The 12- and 16-foot entry-level trailers carry a low capital investment; Rhino calls them “ideal for the small business owner doing residential and retail flooring, insulation and deck coating applications.”
The larger industrial trailers sport insulated, sea-container-quality construction, quick load ramps, and lots of room to hold industrial-grade application equipment and material.
Rigs can be professionally wrapped with highly visible Rhino Linings products and service graphics.
“These new mobile application trailers open the door for contractors who want to expand their businesses using Rhino Linings’ polyurethanes, polyureas, epoxies and polyaspartic systems,” said Rhino president and CEO Pierre Gagnon.
