RCI Inc. and the Sealant, Waterproofing & Restoration Institute (SWRInstitute) announced plans for the first in a series of several collaborative Webinar programs with a two-part program, “Air Barriers: Condensation, Water Intrusion and Energy Efficiency.”
Part one of the Webinar is scheduled for broadcast on Tuesday, July 20, and part two will be hosted Tuesday, July 27. Both segments will are scheduled from 1-2 p.m. EDT.
The Webinar will focus on the critical performance of air-barrier systems in building envelopes, the two organizations said. The moderators for both sessions will be David Boyer, PROSOCO Inc., and Kami Farahmandpour, Building Technology Consultants PC. Participants will receive one hour of AIA/CES and RCI CEH credits per Webinar.
RCI and SWRInstitute said they have begun collectively developing educational documents and programs for sealant, waterproofing, building exterior, and restoration practitioners. The two organizations said a strategic alliance of the groups “furthers the goals of both organizations—to promote standards for those involved with sealants, waterproofing, building exteriors, and restoration.”
