Ace Paint has announced the launch of Royal Finest, a premium low-VOC, acrylic latex paint with Scotchgard Protector.
The product is the first low-VOC paint with Scotchgard, Ace says.
“This unique paint offers consumers the opportunity to be environmentally responsible, while still providing ultimate stain resistance,” the company said in a statement.
“The addition of Scotchgard Protector to the Royal Finest formula produces exceptional stain resistance for everyday household items, including coffee, grape juice and even the tough, oily spots made by lipstick and grease,” Ace said. “In contrast to standard latex paints, the addition of Scotchgard Protector allows for stains to be cleaned and eliminated easily with a liquid household cleaner or soap solution. This unique acrylic blend also resists mildew and mold, making it the perfect selection for kitchens and bathrooms.”
Royal Finest is available in flat, eggshell, satin and semi-gloss finishes, and can be custom mixed into an almost limitless palette of colors. The paint carries Ace's lifetime warranty and is sold exclusively at participating Ace Hardware stores, starting at $29.99 a gallon.
