Citing studies that say most U.S. households use the Internet to find home improvement services, a new web site is promising contractors leads that become jobs.
The service, www.goodhonestcontractor.com, promises “exclusive contractor leads through a series of lead-generated web pages and other search engine optimized factors. This process not only creates a website for each company’s business, but it also guarantees jobs for contractors.”
“In this down economy, more homeowners than ever before are turning to the Internet to find contractors they can trust,” said Jason Palat, a Pittsburgh landscaper and co-founder with his brother Scott of Good Honest Contractor.
“Membership through GoodHonestContractor.com offers exclusive contractor leads through a series of lead generated web pages and other search engine optimized factors that the brothers have spent years perfecting,” the company says. “By researching and adjusting content on the contractor’s web pages, search engines like Yahoo and Google will list these websites higher up on their list of results thus generating more exclusive leads.”
In addition, the company says, “the Good Honest Contractor branding allows visitors to know that the contractors listed are a reliable resource for getting the work done right.”
GoodHonestContractor.com “doesn’t just guarantee leads; they guarantee jobs,” the company says. “The website even promises one new lead every month for contractors with a ‘double your ROI guarantee.’”
