Camfil Farr Air Pollution Control (APC), headquartered in Jonesboro, Ark., introduced its new portable, pulse-cleaned industrial vacuum that reduces clogs. The new vacuum, FarrVac, operates without compressed air and uses pulse-cleaning vacuum control technology that works with ambient air to flush filters of dust and debris automatically, the company says.
The vacuum has spun bond polyester filters that capture dust particles to 0.1 micron, according to the company. It also comes equipped with a double seal on the filters and a cyclonic housing design to minimize filter exposure to debris. The vacuum features a 16-gallon tank with a sensor to prevent overfilling.
