ASTM International (ASTM) has elected Ken Yarosh, global service line manager for the specialty chemicals business of Dow Corning (Midland, MI), to serve as Vice Chairman of the 2010 International Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2010.

Yarosh has worked for Dow Corning for 24 years.
