CPS Color Group Oy (Vantaa, Finland), a supplier of color solutions for the global paints and coatings industry, has announced the appointment of Henrik Lif as president and CEO.
Lif has acted as interim CEO since April 1, 2009. He has served as a board member of Anticimex, an indoor climate firm, and KappAhl, a Nordic fashion retailer, and as chairman of the Nomination Committee for Biovitrum, a pharmaceutical researcher.
Jorma Halonen, Chairman of the Board of CPS, stated, “We have seen a very good development of CPS Color since Henrik Lif joined as interim CEO in April. Henrik has the strategic, financial, and operational capabilities needed to run this global and multi-cultural corporation.”
