Nationwide franchiser Fresh Coat Painters has sweetened its offer to potential franchisees by reducing royalties and discounting franchise fees.
The reductions and discounts depend on the annual sales level of each independent business. This program will continue indefinitely.
“This program was implemented to help professional painting contractors take their business to the next level and well beyond,” said company president Ralph Martin.
Founded in 2004, Fresh Coat is an interior residential and commercial painting franchise with about 75 locations across North America. The company was recently ranked in Franchise Times’ “Fast 55” and Entrepreneur’s “Top 100 Homebased” and “Top 25 New Franchises.”
Martin says the company provides “branding, national accounts, computer-based estimating software, vendor alliances and relies heavily on building third-party referral relationships with proven marketing systems, tools and incentives.”
Fresh Coat accepts credit cards; has a 24/7 live Call Center for customers for quotes and scheduling; and includes the cost of paint in each quote, which offers a guaranteed price and a firm paint date.
Currently, the company is seeking single and multi-unit franchisees in select regions of the country. Its new conversion program of incentives and discounts is based on a company’s current sales.
