The International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), headquartered in Des Plaines, IL, will hold its 2009 Fall Convention October 21–23, 2009, in Tempe, AZ, at The Buttes, A Marriott Resort. The theme for this year’s convention is “Flooring Issues.”
There will be twelve technical presentations with specific subject matter covering self-levelers, curing issues, fixing new construction problems, forensics, cracking, and moisture testing. ICRI will also introduce highlights of its brand new Slab Moisture Testing Technician Certification Program. The program is intended to standardize moisture testing in the U.S.
The convention will also include technical and administrative committee meetings, an exhibitor area, and networking functions. The 17th Annual ICRI Project Awards banquet will honor the winners of the annual contest.
