ASTM Committee E08 on Fatigue and Fracture and its Subcommittees E08.05 on Cyclic Deformation and Fatigue Crack Formation and E08.06 on Crack Growth Behavior are looking for presenters for a workshop on Progress in Creep-Fatigue Test Methods and Models. The workshop will be held November 11, 2009, at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta in Atlanta, GA.
The workshop will address progress in creep-fatigue crack formation and crack growth for high temperature materials and structures. The Committee is seeking presentations on recent developments in test equipment, experimental techniques, models for representing the data, and applications of the data. Those interested in presenting should submit a 300-500 word abstract by August 31 to any of the following contacts: Bilal Dogan, EPRI, Charlotte, N.C.
