James A. Peck, of CB Richard Ellis, has been elected 2009-10 Chair and Chief Elected Officer of Building Owners and Managers Association International at BOMA’s Conference and Office Building Show, held June 28-30 in Philadelphia.
Other officers elected were: • Chair-Elect Ray H. Mackey, Jr., chief operating officer and partner, Stream Realty Partners, L.P. • Vice Chair Boyd R. Zoccola, executive vice president, Hokanson Companies Inc. • Secretary/Treasurer Kent Gibson, vice president, Zions Securities Corporation.
Peck has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. In his current position as senior director in CB Richard Ellis’ Albuquerque office, Peck oversees the Asset Services department, which manages more than 3 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space in New Mexico. He has been with CB Richard Ellis since 2001.
At Stream Realty Partners, Mackey has grown his portfolio from 750,000 square feet of commercial space to more than 50 million square feet in six major markets throughout the Southwest, Southeast and West Coast areas.
Zoccola has spent 20 years in commercial real estate and has been involved in BOMA International in a variety of capacities on the local and international levels. At Zions Security Corporation, Gibson oversees more than four million square feet in 30-plus locations.
