H&C® Concrete Coatings introduced a collection of Semi-Transparent Decorative Stains, which can be used to create a layered, faux, or single-color look.
The non-acid type stains are recommended for commercial applications such as retail stores, malls, and other business settings, and also can be used for patios, walkways, pool decks, driveways, and garage and basement floors. In addition to being safe and environmentally friendly to use, the stains are UV resistant, can be applied in interior and exterior settings, require no neutralization, and offer easy cleanup, the company says. The products are available in 28 colors, and require no chemical reaction to produce full color development. The stains are reported to quickly penetrate the inherent porosity of cementitious surfaces to produce color.
