D4COST Software issued the Green Building Estimating Library on CD, containing cost data from 59 LEED® and sustainable projects. The CD contains square-footage cost information on a range of project types, including  commercial, industrial, office and educational (including numerous schools that are certified LEED for New Construction, or LEED-NC), medical, recreational, religious, residential, government, and civic.

The CD also includes D4COST Express software, which is reported to enable users to build their own historical project library using project data. Projects archived into the program can be cost modeled instantly and precisely using D4COST’s cost escalators and location modifiers. New projects can be further modeled by changing the square footage or adjusting each line item within the project for added precision.
