BASF’s Goodwin Named ICRI Fellow

The International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) has named Fred Goodwin, fellow scientist of BASF’s Building Systems Division, a Fellow of ICRI. The award recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the concrete-repair industry as well as significant and extensive contributions in support of the ICRI organization’s mission.

Goodwin has more than 30 years of industry experience, and frequently is a guest lecturer at trade and professional association events.  He is a primary author for ICRI, a contributing writer to several industry publications, and is an author for ASTM and the American Concrete Institute (ACI). He also is listed as inventor on several U.S. patents.
 
A member of numerous industry associations, Goodwin is currently chairman of the ICRI Materials and Methods and ACI 364 Rehabilitation committees, and the ASTM C09.68 Volume Change subcommittee.
