Tremco Inc. named Randall J. Korach president and chief operating officer, Charles O. Houk division president of Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing, and Moorman L. Scott Jr. division president of The Euclid Chemical Company.
During his 12-year career with the company, Korach has held various operational and management positions, most recently as president of Tremco’s Global Sealants Division.
Houk joined Tremco in 1986 as a technical service representative, and has held a series of sales and marketing positions. Most recently, he was vice president and general manager of Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing.
Scott, who joined Euclid Chemical in 1984, has held various marketing and engineering positions, most recently as executive vice president. Prior to joining the company, Scott held positions with Master Builders, M.L. Scott & Sons, and Jones & Laughlin Steel.
Tremco, based in Beachwood, OH, operates a group of businesses that manufacture roofing materials, construction sealants, glazing and gaskets, waterproofing systems, concrete admixtures and sealers, grouts and mortars, fire-stopping systems, and other products. Business divisions include Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing, Tremco Roofing & Building Maintenance, Weatherproofing Technologies Inc. (WTI), Tremco illbruck International, Tremco Barrier Solutions, and The Euclid Chemical Company.
