Gaco Western LLC, a manufacturer of roof-coatings, waterproofing, and insulation products, recently opened a new, 60,000-square-foot manufacturing and office facility in Waukesha, WI. The facility replaces an existing 18,000-square-foot facility in Waukesha, purchased in 1985.
In addition to regional offices and production operations, the building houses research facilities, space for comprehensive technical training programs for customers, and commercial and retail division operations. The building’s roof is comprised of the company’s RoofFoam spray foam and S-2000, a solvent-free silicone roof coating.
Products manufactured in Waukesha include polyurethane foam insulation and the company’s range of silicone, acrylic, epoxy, and urethane coatings. The privately held company said it is currently experiencing record sales growth, on average doubling in size every two years. Gaco also operates a manufacturing plant in Tukwila, WA.
