FSCT and NPCA are currently accepting abstracts for the Advancements in Coatings Series (ACSeries) program, “2009 International Marine and Offshore Coatings Conference.” The conference will be held May 18-20, 2009, at the Wyndham Hotel in Virginia Beach, VA. The deadline for abstracts to be submitted is January 15, 2009.
Authors with presentations describing research and development in the field of marine coatings are encouraged to submit a 200-word maximum abstract, along with the title of the paper, author(s), organization, speaker’s name, job title, short biographical details, and contact information. Presentations should be of a high scientific and technical standard. A list of suggested themes and topics is available on FSCT’s web site, www.coatingstech.org.
Notification of abstract acceptance is February 13, and completed submissions are due April 13. Abstracts should be sent to the attention of Jennifer Majchrzak, FSCT Director of Education, 527 Plymouth Meeting Rd., Ste. 415, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462; 610-940-0777, x4948.
