Industrial Scientific Names Global Director of Operations

Industrial Scientific Corporation, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, announced the appointment of Dan Timco to the position of global director of operations for the gas monitor maker. In this position, Timco will lead global operations including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operational excellence.

 

Timco has been with the company since 2004 and was previously the director of operational excellence. He holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and several certifications from the American Society of Quality, Society of Manufacturing Engineers, and APICS.

 

Industrial Scientific Corporation is a leader is designing, manufacturing, selling, and servicing gas monitoring instruments, systems, and related products. The company has operations in Pittsburgh, PA; Arras, France; Dortmund, Germany; and Shanghai, China.
