QC Construction Products introduced Renew by QC, a line of non-hazardous, ultra-low-VOC, water-based penetrating concrete stain products with no acid or acrylic content. The products are designed to rejuvenate colored surfaces or plain gray concrete by minimizing discolorations without altering surface texture.

The stains are formulated for use on existing, unsealed, interior or exterior concrete and other cementitious surfaces. The product line includes:

  • Renew by QC Solid Color Concrete Stain, a polymer-modified, solid concrete color stain that penetrates the surface of concrete, forming an opaque, breathable finish that does not require a sealer;
  • Renew by QC Translucent Stain, a translucent stain used over the solid-color stain in contrasting color to produce an antiquing effect;
  • Renew by QC Primer, a primer for use when applying only the translucent
    Stain; and
  • Renew by QC Color Additive, a color enhancer for use with the translucent
    stain.
