Marco Group International has announced a new round heated coating tank.
The Spraymaster Heated Coating Tank is a round tank that features a stainless steel liner and consistent material heating. It is also easier to clean, the company says.

The tank is available with general and intrinsically safe heating elements and with standard or heavy-duty agitator options.

The product is available in 60-gallon or 25-gallon sizes and with 5:1 or 10:1 feed pump options.
According to Marco, the new design reduces waste and provides consistent heating of the coating.
"With stricter EPA standards and the increased use of thicker coatings, demands for different ways of handling coatings are changing," says Matt Columby, Director of Engineering. "Marco is always looking for ways to respond to the market."
