Ensuring the right equipment to protect painters working at heights will be the focus of a free upcoming webinar by SSPC and JPCL.

"Access Equipment: Exploring Options For Working Safely," to be held from 11 a.m. to noon ET May 21 (4 to 5 p.m. CET), will discuss the factors to consider when seeking access equipment for painting and coating work at heights.

The webinar will detail responsibilities for providing compliant access equipment based on the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's requirements, which may necessitate hoists tested by both a nationally recognized testing laboratory and a qualified testing laboratory.
